Community Insider Perks Program
Terms & Conditions for Subscribers
- Subscribers must be active paid subscribers to the newspaper to access any perks, coupons, QR codes or offers (collectively, the “Perks”).
- Perks are non-transferable and must be redeemed only by the subscriber listed on the account.
- Participating businesses have the right to limit Perk redemption in any manner (e.g., “one free item per week”, “one use per subscriber per month”, or “offer may be valid for a limited time or during specific days/hours”).
- Participating businesses and available Perks may change at any time without notice.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWSPAPER OR PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES OR OTHER MONETARY LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE COMMUNITY INSIDER PERKS PROGRAM OR THE PERK.
Subscribers must treat participating business and staff with kindness and respect while redeeming Perks.
Participating businesses or newspaper may refuse to honor any Perk in its sole discretion for any reason listed in these terms and conditions.
Misuse of Perks may result in loss of all Perk privileges as determined by the participating business or newspaper in its sole discretion.
NEWSPAPER AND PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES MAKE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE COMMUNITY INSIDER PERKS PROGRAM OR THE PERK. NEWSPAPER AFFIRMATIVELY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR REPRESENTATIONS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN), INCLUDING ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE WHETHER ARISING BY LAW OR BY REASON OF CUSTOM OF THE TRADE.
