The Clark County School District is the fifth-largest school district in the United States*. With approximately 324,000 students, and more than 15,000 teachers, the District serves the cities of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Mesquite, as well as census-designated locations including Laughlin, Blue Diamond, Logandale, Bunkerville, Goodsprings, Indian Springs, Mount Charleston, Moapa, Searchlight, and Sandy Valley. The city employs approximately 19,000 people.

Implement PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Hyperion, Taleo, and PeopleTools I/II 8.55.
SOLUTIONS & IMPROVED OUTCOMES
- CCSD PBCS budget system was successfully implemented on time and on budget.
- CCSD able to easily reconcile the funding source budget to the corresponding GL chart string budget amounts on a timely basis, with increased capabilities in budget analysis.
- Position budget requests and transfers are now automated in the HCM system, saving many hours of staff effort.
- Strategic Budget system solidified a cohesive collaboration among the budget planners, reviewers, HR staff, and budget coordinators.
- CCSD now able to timely analyze and adjust their yearly budgets.
